  • Practice: Identify strings that are holding you stuck.

  • Learn to observe your thoughts and emotions and how to loosen their mental grip so they stop hijacking your actions.

  • Lesson: Metacognition, interoception.

  • Practice: Metacognitive and interoceptive techniques. 

  • Understand how stress response works in your body and mind: the good, the bad and the ugly. Learn how to regulate to remain grounded and agile, even under pressure. 

  • Lessons: The stress response. Positive and negative impact.

  • Practice: Physiological, cognitive and emotional regulation.

  • Your brain is being shaped every day. Learn how to make that process intentional so it works in your favour.
