These terms apply to Unbound Factor’s online programmes and supplement the general Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using our Programmes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Refunds Before the Course Starts

You may request a refund no later than 7 days before the programme start date by emailing hello@unboundfactor.com.

• Your request must include your name, the course enrolled in, and the reason for cancellation.

• If you have accessed a significant portion of the course material (e.g. videos, downloads, templates), your refund request may be denied.

• If no significant content has been accessed, a full refund will be issued.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee (Post-Course Completion)

2.a. We offer a full refund of the course fee (excluding coaching fees) if the programme does not meet your expectations, provided you:

• Complete all programme content.

• Attend or watch all live sessions (if included).

• Complete all required exercises, reflections or assignments.

• Submit your request and a short written reflection on what you hoped to gain, how you participated, and why you feel it did not meet expectations within 7 days of the final session.

2.b. Partial participation does not qualify for this guarantee.

2.c. Satisfaction guarantee is only provided to courses marked with it at the time of purchase.

3. Credit from June to August full Programme 2025

If you complete the June programme and later join the August programme, your June course fee (excluding coaching fees) may be applied as credit toward the August programme.

To redeem:

• Use the same email address and notify us by email within 10 days of completing the June programme.

4. Coaching Add-On

• Coaching fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Sessions must be used within the programme period or within 14 days after the last course session.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

5. Refund Timing and Method

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

6. Access to Programmes:

Online programme access is granted on the first day of the programme provided payment has taken place unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
