My Story
I became fascinated by how the mind works at a very young age. My parents would regularly buy encyclopaedias and other book collections from sellers who would knock at our door. One such collection was about the human mind. I recall going through the 4 books in the series and playing to teach its content to an audience. That interest persisted for many years and I applied it to my career during nearly two decades working in large international organisations, leading businesses and marketing teams.
In parallel, I dedicated my free time to constantly learning more about neuroscience, psychology and behavioural science. It became my passion.

In 2023, after months of a vicious cycle, I burned out. That completely turned my life upside down. I had the urge to make sense of it all. Everything I knew to be true just fell apart, so I started searching for answers to what had happened and how to recover. My interest in neuroscience led me to curate scientific research and collect proven methods and, after a few months, I had amassed a substantial amount of knowledge and practices that helped me significantly. What I didn’t know then is that those insights were not helpful just to recover from burnout, but to simply live better. So I thought, why would I just keep this to myself? And that’s how this project was born, out of the vision to spread awareness, normalise prioritising wellbeing, and simply put, help others have a better life.
