These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including workshops, training, keynote speaking, coaching, and online content and programmes (collectively referred to as "Services"). Client, You, Your refers to the party requesting the Services; Unbound, Our, We, Us refers to Unbound Factor AB org nr 559240-2001. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. USE OF SERVICES
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to access our Services.
1.2. By engaging our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information where required.
1.3. The Services are intended for lawful purposes and in compliance with Swedish and EU laws.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. Workshops, Training and Keynote Speaking Services:
2.1.1. Bookings for workshops, training and keynote speaking services must be confirmed in writing via email or the designated booking system.
2.1.2. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 14 days of receiving an invoice.
2.1.3. Workshop fees do not cover logistical or related expenses, including but not limited to travel, time, accommodation, or other costs required to deliver the Services at the selected venue or during the planning process, such as meetings with the Client.
2.1.4. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (Räntelagen).
2.2. Online Programs:
2.2.1. Payments for online programs must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.2.2. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.2.3. Access to online content is granted upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICY
3. 1. Workshops, Training and Keynote Speaking Services:
3.1.1. Cancellations must be made in writing.
3.1.2. Cancellation fees:
- 30 days or more before the start date: No charge.
- 30-14 days before the start date: 50% of the fee.
- Less than 14 days before the start date: Full fee.
3.1.3. We reserve the right to reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify the Client accordingly.
3.1.4. If We cannot offer a new date within two months of the originally scheduled date, We will provide a full refund or cancel the fee. If We propose multiple alternative dates and the Client declines all of them, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
3.1.5. For Services already in progress, refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis for any portions of the Services not completed as per the agreed terms.
3.1.6. No refunds or fee cancellations will be made in cases of force majeure. However, We will make every effort to reschedule the Services within two months.
3.2. Online Programs:
3.2.1. Refunds for online programs are only available if explicitly stated at the time of purchase or if required by Swedish or EU consumer protection laws.
3.2.2. Under EU law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products unless they have begun to download or access the content.
3.2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or stop providing certain Services, in which case, We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users in advance.
4. ACCESS AND EXPIRATION
You will have access to the Service’s materials (courses, programmes, materials, etc) for a minimum of 90 days after purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. After this period, access will expire, and materials will no longer be available.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
5.1. For Workshops, Training and Keynote Speaking Services:
5.1.1. Provider's Responsibilities:

Deliver the Service in accordance with the agreed-upon description.

Provide any materials or resources necessary for the Service.
5.1.2. Client's Responsibilities:

Ensure the availability of facilities and participants as required.

Communicate any specific needs or requirements in advance.

Inform of any facts and circumstances that might be relevant to the proper execution of the contract.

If the Services or any part thereof is to be performed at Your premises, You will ensure a safe work environment and You agree to comply with all applicable occupational safety and health legislation.
5.2. For Materials or Services purchased online:
5.2.1. User Responsibilities:

As a participant, You are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Prohibited behaviours include but are not limited to harassment, insulting, and spamming.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services if these terms are violated.
5.3. Use of Communication Services
The Site may include features like forums, chat areas, or other tools for public or group communication. You agree to use these services responsibly, posting only appropriate and relevant content.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All content provided on Our website and through our Services, including training materials, videos, and digital resources, is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using Our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6.2. You may only use Our Services for personal use and/or reference. You may not train, coach, share, teach, commercialise or create any derivative works based on the content of our Services or Intellectual Property.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
7.2. We respect the confidentiality of your personal and business information. However, We may use anonymized data for internal research or improvement of Our Services.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
8.1. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection laws.

9. LIABILITY
9.1. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our Services.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in question.
9.3. The Services are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice (e.g. legal, medical, or other qualified professionals). You are solely responsible for seeking independent professional guidance where necessary and making decisions in these areas.
9.4. By participating in our Services, you acknowledge they may involve physical, emotional, or mental challenges. You confirm that you are fit to participate and accept full responsibility for any emotional, mental, or physical discomfort experienced during or after the sessions.
9.5. You agree not to hold us liable for any loss, cost, or damages, including those arising from emotional or physical discomfort experienced directly or indirectly from your participation in the Services.
10. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES:
10.1. Some fo Our Services, including but not limited to coaching and consultancy services, are subject to additional terms and conditions ("Specific Terms"). Those Specific Terms are supplementary to the general Terms & Conditions and form part of the agreement between Unbound Factor AB and the Client.
10.2. By entering into a contract for these services, the client agrees to be bound by the Specific Terms, which will be provided at the time of contracting such services.
10.3. In the event of any conflict between these Specific Terms and the general Terms & Conditions, the Specific Terms shall take precedence with respect to the relevant services.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter personally. If unsuccessful, the dispute will abide to arbitration in Sweden.
11.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
11.3. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
11.4. For cross-border disputes, EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated on our website or by email. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
