My approach consists of science-based insights into how the mind and body work and why we behave the way we do, proven practices to drive change, and tracking to make it effective and sustainable.

How I work

I’m inspired by the mission to help normalise the prioritisation of wellbeing. I drive change in that direction by helping people master their own operating system to enable choice. In other words I use science-based insights into how our mind and body work and why we behave the way we do to gain agency and start choosing more consciously how to live. This helps improve life balance and wellbeing and in turn enables resilience and the ability to thrive. It’s about freeing yourself from the autopilot and start living more purposefully.

 

To do this, I’ve developed a framework with key areas proven to affect wellbeing, selected scientifically proven practices, and my own model for driving sustainable change. All backed up by science.
