My challenge was chronic physical tension and an inability to truly disconnect from work, leading to poor sleep and persistent anxiety. I learned that wellbeing isn't a luxury but a foundation, and I picked up simple tools to down-regulate my stress response instantly. Since the workshop, my sleep quality has transformed, the tension in my shoulders is gone, and I finally feel like I’m living in the present moment again.
